I am far from a skin expert but these are a few things I try to do to keep my skin looking and feeling the best it can.

Everyone stresses now and again and it’s a fact that High levels of tension can spike hormone production that leads to breakouts. Take 10 minutes to chill and do a facial mask and just relax, every little bit helps!
SUNSCREEN!!!! SUNSCREEN!!! SUNSCREEN!!!! I know most people probably know this but even though I know, I still struggle at remembering to apply. I read so much about skin care and one of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer. A ‘cross-training’ regimen is the key to rapid rejuvenation. Some ingredients—like sunscreen and antioxidants, and some kind of daily moisturizer in the morning and retinoids and peptides at night—work better as a team.
Safeguard your skin and drink Green tea! It has numerous health benefits and is loaded with anti-oxidants. I have all-natural green tea with sleepy time tea mixed with a little honey every night before bed!
It is important to rid of dead skin cells. Don’t do it too often or too aggressive as it can be harmful for your skin. I exfoliate 1-2 times a week.
DRINK WATER & EAT YOUR VEGGIES. When you eat hydrating fruits and vegetables like grapefruit or cucumber, the water penetrates and plumps up cells better than drinking water. I aim to have 3 servings of fruit and veggies a day. I will admit sometimes this seems impossible which is why I love to juice!
